Terms of Service

By placing an order through the NENA Cafe online ordering website, you ask the selected NENA outlet, operated by or for PT NENA CAPITAL GROUP, to prepare the items shown in your order summary.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). The server verifies current product prices, modifiers, availability, delivery fee and total before accepting an order. Preparation begins only after the required payment confirmation or acceptance of pay-on-delivery.

Online payment

QRIS, Indonesian bank transfer and credit or debit card payments are processed by Xendit on its secure hosted checkout. Available channels may depend on Xendit activation, the issuing bank, card network and transaction eligibility. NENA never asks for your card PIN, CVV or one-time password by message.

International cards

Eligible international Visa and Mastercard cards may be used when the card channel is active. Your issuer may apply currency conversion, cross-border or authentication requirements even though NENA charges in IDR.

Addresses and pickup

Customers are responsible for an accurate address and map pin. Pickup orders must be collected from the outlet selected at checkout.

Availability and contact

Availability and timing may change during busy periods. We may contact you on WhatsApp when clarification is required. Support is available through the Contact page.

Allergies

Ingredient-removal choices are preferences, not an allergen-free guarantee. Customers with serious allergies should contact the outlet before ordering.

NENA Club

Points apply to eligible direct orders, have no cash value and may be used according to the rules shown on the NENA Club page.
