NENA Cafe, operated by PT NENA CAPITAL GROUP, uses the information you provide to prepare and deliver orders, contact you about an active order, operate NENA Club and improve service.

Information we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, delivery or pickup details, order contents, map pin, payment status, device and basic transaction information, and loyalty activity.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Xendit. NENA does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or online-banking credentials. Xendit and the selected bank or payment network process payment information under their own security and privacy requirements.

How we use it

We use information for order fulfilment, payment confirmation, customer support, fraud prevention, loyalty accounting, service analytics and legally required business records. We do not sell customer information.

Who receives it

Necessary order data may be shared with the selected NENA kitchen, delivery staff, Xendit, banks or card networks, and restaurant-system providers needed to complete your order.

Retention and your choices

Transaction records are retained as required for tax, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion where legally available by emailing admin@nena.cafe.

Security

We use access controls and limit staff access to information needed for their work. Payment credentials are handled on Xendit’s hosted checkout, not on NENA’s servers.
